The sender confirmed the message was not returned as undeliverable
To help us investigate, please ask the sender for the original copy of the most recent message you didn't receive, along with the full message headers. You can direct them to http://mail.google.com/support/answer.py?answer=22454 for instructions. Ask the sender to save the headers as a .txt file, using the Save As... option in the Internet Explorer or Safari File menu, or the Save Page As... option in the Firefox File menu. It's important that the information is saved using the File menu, rather than copying and pasting it into a new document. The sender should then forward the file to you as an attachment. |
