Zajímavý přehled bootlegů a dalších zdrojů Williamsovy hudby nevydané na původním soundtracku:
(autorem přehledu je Jason LeBlanc, převzato z JWfan.com)
The Sugarland Express - there are 2 bootlegs, one had all the music at the wrong speed, and I think there was some other slight differences between them.
Family Plot - there was a boot from before the Varese CD, mostly irrelevant now except I think it might still have some unique clean openings/endings or alternate takes. It was also in the mp3pro format, so technically had more resolution than the redbook CD, though the sound quality isn't that great.
Black Sunday - there was a boot before the FSM CD, I think it might have some unique clean endings and opening, maybe a couple alternate takes, nothing major
Close Encounters of the Third Kind - there's the "Lacombe Boot" that came out right around the same time as the 1998 expanded CD, terrible sound quality but had the Shaving Cream cue before we finally got that on the LLL CD
Superman - there's a boot I recently became aware of that had seemed to actually be from the recording session since it had some clean endings/openings that had always been crossfaded on all releases, but I honestly haven't even checked it out because the LLL CD is all I need
1941 - there's never been an actual leak, just fan edits made from the laserdisc's isolated score track, which contains about 30 seconds of an alternate that isn't on the LLL CD
Raiders of the Lost Ark - there's an old boot from the 90s from the recording sessions, but the sound quality is terrible. It's the only place to get the Rolling Ball insert and weird repetitive version of the 8m3 Fix though. Then there was a CD that showed up on Demonoid just before the Concord set came out that we speculate is an early prototype version of that CD, which contains the original 8m3 Escaping The Pit in perfect quality
Return of the Jedi - there's a newish boot of the entire score in better quality than the 1993 or 1997 sets
The Witches of Eastwick - there's never been a leak of anything, just fan edits made from the isolated score on the DVD
The Last Crusade - almost every cue that wasn't on the OST leaked out, most of them via a "volume 2" bootleg CD, and some others that were only passed around as mp3s. All this was long before the Concord expansion, which made most of it useless, but there's still plenty of short cues and inserts that weren't on that.
Born on the Fourth of July - there's a very common boot, not sure how complete it is
Stanley and Iris - no boots ever, but the isolated score on the twilight time bluray has the source music not on the Varese CD
Hook - there were two old boots passed around in the 90s of a lot of the missing cues, then a brilliant sounding leak of recording sessions (not all of the cues, and not the right takes) around 10 years ago
Far and Away - there's the common Vol 2 bootleg, but that's irrelevant now thanks to LLL
Schindler's List - this has a unique leak where we got every TAKE of a lot of the cues (not all of them though), most commonly spread as a 4CD bootleg
The Phantom Menace - nothing from the recording sessions ever leaked out, but we now have most of the unreleased music thanks to various video games
A.I. - nothing from the recording sessions ever leaked out, but there was a 2CD Academy promo long before the LLL CD; it's mostly irrelevant now, but does have a couple minor tidbits of note
Harry Potter 1 - basically complete recording sessions leaked very publicly
Attack of the Clones - nothing from the recording sessions ever leaked out, but we now have most of the unreleased music thanks to various video games
Minority Report - there was a public leak of basically every cue, though it was missing some things. There's basically no need for it now thanks to the LLL
Harry Potter 2 - the basically complete recording sessions leaked very publicly, though it was missing a bunch of stuff I made sure we included on the LLL CD
Revenge of the Sith - 6M4 Heroes Collide in pristine sound leaked out, other than that all we have are video game rips like TPM and AOTC
War of the Worlds - there was two different boots from around the same time, one had more cues but was lossy, the other was 48khz but was missing stuff. Now thanks to the Intrada CD we have everything recorded including things that weren't on either boot
Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - public recording session leak is pretty thorough, I think there's not really anything left in the sheets that isn't here as far as I can recall
War Horse - there was a private leak of the recording sessions a long time ago that recently went public, it basically contains everything you can hear in the film, but there's a slew of alternate sections and stuff on the OST so who knows how many other ideas and experimentations that are seen in the sheets might have been recorded
Tintin, Lincoln, TFA, BFG, TLJ, Post, TROS - no leaks that I know about, just more music on the FYC CDs. |
